Zlatan is human and Jose targeting surprising replacement if de Gea leaves

MANCHESTER IN HIS HART

Manchester United may make a move for Manchester City outcast Joe Hart should David de Gea leave Old Trafford for the Bernabeu. Hart has been offloaded to Torino on loan and looks set to leave the other Manchester club in the summer after failing to win over Pep Guardiola. Chelsea might also make a move for the Englishman if Madrid make a move for Courtois instead of de Gea.

MANCHESTER IN HIS HEART

Manchester United target Kieran Tierney will prefer a move to United ahead of Tottenham in the summer. United’s interest in the Scottish left-back has cooled in recent days after a meeting between United’s current left-back Luke Shaw and Jose Mourinho. Shaw has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford and Tierney was expected to replace him. The transfer now hinges on Shaw’s involvement in the starting XI until the end of the season. Tierney was named the Young Player of the Year after breaking through last season.

ALL PRAISE

Former Manchester United player Owen Hargreaves has praised Paul Pogba. Calling him a unique talent who can do almost everything, Hargreaves named him as the most complete midfielder. Hargreaves revealed that he rates Kante as the best defensive midfielder, Hazard as the most intelligent and Carrick as the best passer. But he also recognizes that Pogba is almost as good as any one of them in any department.

TIRED!

Zlatan Ibrahimovic DOES feel tired. Ibrahimovic has admitted he is suffering from the effects of the unrelenting pace of English football ahead of the Chelsea matchup. The Swede is in line to make his 45th appearance of the season on Sunday. Despite this, he is still aiming to go strong and help United achieve Europa League success and nail down a top-4 place. Ibrahimovic said: “The manager has been right to criticize the forward players, but against Anderlecht I wasn’t feeling good. I was feeling tired. But it is not an excuse,” said Ibrahimovic. I still have to do much more and much better than I did against Anderlecht. I speak for myself and it was not a good performance. We have one month to go. It is many games we must play and I have been playing almost all the games. We are still grinding, still pushing. We have the Europa League and the end of the Premier League. So we fight for it.”
