EYES ONLY ON TRAFFORD

FAB-IN-HO

Manchester United have edged past City into pole position with regards to the transfer of Monaco right back has been linked with a move to Manchester for quite some time but it was always thought that the 23 year old would move to Eastlands. But United are primed to complete a £40m move. It would be a balm for United fans should they land the player after they missed out on Bernardo Silva to City.

NO 1

Manchester United have been named the world’s most valuable club despite finishing outside the top-4 for two consecutive seasons. United surged ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona and became the first club to cross the 3 billion Euro mark. Cross town rivals Manchester City edged into fifth place just behind Bayern Munich.

ANOTHER POSITIVE

Manchester United are increasingly confident that David De Gea will stay even if Real Madrid change their minds and come knocking for the World No.1 keeper. With reports emerging from the Madrid camp that they will trust Keylor Navas in goal, United are confident that De Gea will extend his stay in Manchester. This is a huge plus for Mourinho who could have been facing goal keeping dilemma at the start of the season.

NO MORE DATA

Manchester United have reportedly refused to hand over player performance data of their England Internationals to the National Camp, supposedly under the orders of Jose Mourinho. Despite hiring full time staff, Mourinho is sceptical that data on his player might get leaked to other clubs. There had been fears at the FA that staff were leaking info back to the managers of their teams about individuals before Premier League games. This comes after complaints from clubs that the staff ‘tapped’ up players during their England visits.
