ALVARO ANNOUNCEMENT SET
Manchester United will reportedly announce the transfer of Alvaro Morata next week. United are set to complete the transfer over the weekend. United are hoping to make an announcement by either Tuesday or Wednesday. Both clubs are hoping to reach an agreement in the coming hours. The player himself wants his future sorted before he gets married and goes off on his honeymoon.
United may make a move for Benfica midfielder Anderson Talisca. The £15m rated Brazilian spent the season on loan at Besiktas and impressed. Anderson was questioned about United’s interest. He said: “I’ve had a good season, and Mourinho has a love [for me] that exists, I will not lie. It’s a dream, something that all players want. As I said, his love is old and I like his work. ON AUBAMEYANG’S TRAIL
With PSG pulling out of a deal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, United have emerged as a potential destination for the Dortmund star. He wants out and could join former teammate Henrikh Mkhitaryan at Old Trafford. With United potentially spending £70m on Belotti, the deal could be plugged and Aubameyang targeted. With Rooney potentially leaving and Ibrahimovic already out, United could take the plunge for Aubameyang.
Roma and Juventus have been linked with a move for Adnan Januzaj this summer. The Belgian is expected to leave this summer. The two join a list comprising West Brom and West Ham. Mourinho is said to have conveyed the club’s decision to sell Januzaj. Any deal is expected to contain a sell-on and buy-back clause. United will want to avoid another Pogba like situation and buy back their former player for a cut-price.
