TRANSFER CONFIRMED

Manchester United confirmed that Adnan Januzaj left the club to join Real Sociedad in a deal that could rise up to as much as £10m. Januzaj signed a 5 year deal. SANCHES AVALIABLE ON LOAN

Bayern Munich are prepared to let Renato Sanches to leave on loan. Though previously believed that he would be sold, Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed that he would only let Sanches leave on loan. Rummenigge said: “Renato Sanches did not have an easy first year here and it is very important that he plays with some continuity. We will still decide whether he stays with the team or if he is loaned, after we have made all our purchases.”

MOST VALUABLE TEAM

Forbes officially named United as the World’s most valuable football team in the world. United were valued at £2.85m by Forbes, behind only the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys and the MLB’s New York Yankees. United’s worth increased by around 11%.

RIGHT BACK TARGETED

Manchester United are looking to add depth to their backline by recruiting PSG’s Serge Aurier. Aurier, 24, struggled for game time and looks set to leave Paris especially after his side signed Dani Alves. United made contact with PSG over a move while clubs like Manchester City, Juventus, AC Milan and Barcelona are also interested. Aurier has also reportedly spoken to PSG boss Unai Emery of his intentions to leave the club.

MATIC TRAINING ALONE

Manchester United target Nemanja Matic is reportedly training alone as he looks to force a move to Old Trafford. The deal was in limbo after United hijacked the Blues’ bid to sign Romelu Lukaku. Matic has been one of Mourinho’s prime targets as he looks for a rock solid defensive midfielder in front of his backline. Matic was part of his last Premier League crown and may leave Chelsea once a deal for Bakayoko is completed. United are also in the hunt for Bakayoko.

Ibrahimovic was spotted with his agent Mino Raiola leaving a restaurant in Manchester. When asked about his future, Zlatan declared that a ‘big announcement is imminent’.
